I would rather participate in group yoga instead of alone at home, but I am unable to sign up for any classes because nothing in my area is available in my time frame. Peanut butter, oats and coconut are three of my favorite things, so I was immediately inspired by FitSugar's No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls. I was equally pleased when I realized I had most of the ingredients — save wheat germ and coconut — at home already. I whipped up this batch substituting apple juice (on Fit's recipe) with orange juice and regular peanut butter with Better'n Peanut Butter, which I had picked up at Trader Joes.
