I know I've already described Sun Salutation A to you, but seeing it in action makes it much easier to learn, so follow along with me.
It's a great warm-up for running or biking, or a gentle way to wake up in the morning so you can ditch your usual cup of coffee (OK, well, maybe not, but it's worth a shot).

That looks great, I think I'll add it to my morning routine!
1Sun Salutation always calms my mind and stretches my hips - I do it when I'm feeling stressed out and I always feel better afterward.
2I just like the name - I love the idea of saying hello to the sun
3I've never heard chaturanga called 4 limbed staff before, if you do these with a breath for each pose, it's super envigorating... love me some yoga!
4Im glad I found this Fit!!! I was just about to ask you if you had any yoga moves I could do in the morning to wake up my body. Already have my pilates routine down so I would love some yoga to intertwine with it
Is there going to be a sun salutation B?
5Sun Salutation B is on the way!
6That was so incredibly relaxing and energizing at the same time. It's definitely got me feeling better about my evening workout.
7I've been doing the sun salutation every morning for a few months now. It really helps me wake up and get moving.
8What a great video and an inspiring instructor!
9I love sun salutations. I used to just put my yoga video on that and only do sun salutations because they just feel good!
10I love doing this in the morning before I take a shower.
