Some days I love to practice in the morning, but mostly I prefer practicing in the evening, after my body has had a chance to warm up from moving around all day. What about you?
I'm definitely a morning yoga person. I learned it at first watching the TV shows "Inhale" on Oxygen at 6 am, or else "Namaste Yoga" on Fit TV at 8:30 am. So i'm just used to that routine and
like to do yoga before I go to my morning classes at college. Meditation is what I sometimes do later in the day.
I cannot do a full session of yoga in the morning. Sometimes I will do neck rolls, some breathing exercises, and a few sun salutes in the morning just to get my body moving, but my body is way
to stiff and just won't loosen up that early and allow me to do poses such as shoulderstand or plow. So for a full set of asanas I always opt for something in the afternoon or evening.

Early a.m. yoga for me.
I feel it gets me relaxed and in focus for the day ahead.
