Ok, so I've been working on headstand for a while now, but it always hurts my head. Tripod headstand is the worse, but even the one where you clasp your hands behind your head hurts too. Any suggestions?

Are you doing it on a mat? You can fold your mat up so your head and hands are on the same amount of thickness - that's what I do.
1I think a thicker mat should help... and I notice that some days my head is more sensitive than other days. I'm not sure why that is though.
