Yoga and running are complementary, in my opinion. So tell me . . .
In what ways do you think they are complimentary?
I do!!! I find running relaxing just as yoga, and enjoy both. I run twice a week, and yoga every day.

Yoga definitely compliments running. I do Bikram yoga and I've found that the more I go, the easier it is to keep running injuries at bay.
I do a little bit of both. I'm not a huge fan of either, unfortunately.
Yoga has helped me appreciate what the my body is capable of when I'm running, but it doesn't make running any easier
