Hey there - I've been hearing a lot about people who haven't tried yoga yet, and I wanted to know why?
Go ahead and take this poll because I'm dying to know your reason.
There are just so many different types of yoga in the world, there's got to be one that's perfect for you, your personality, your abilities, and your needs.
Everyone can benefit from yoga, whether you want to relieve stress, relax your mind and reduce anxiety, increase your flexibility, cross-train with other sports, lose weight, tone your muscles, help with chronic pain, do something for yourself, or just have fun.

I only did it once but I was so embarrased!!!! I couldn't do any of the poses right! I'm just not that flexible. But I loved the class it was so relaxing.
1lol yea i remember feeling so self conscious too. but it helped that the rest were newbies so i fit right in. it would help if you signed up for a beginner class!
2Yeah, taking a beginner class is a great idea because it's so new to everyone and you're among other people who are both nervous and inflexible.
3I couldn't live without yoga - it changed my life.
But I have been to some pretty BAD classes before. People looking to take yoga should know that there are so many different types of yoga, not to mention different instructors, to choose from. You've just got to keep trying them out to find the one that best fits you.
